Do I need to be fit to start in the classes?
 

Absolutely not! We cater to all levels of fitness and experience in our classes from total beginners to professional athletes. Most of our class members start off with no experience of exercise , we teach everything you need fitness wise from A to Z.

 

What should I wear for class?

 

Normal gym gear, for kettlebell class we normally encourage training in flat soled shoes or socks as normal runners may affect some techniques.

 

 

What are your term dates?

 

It varies but you can join our classes at any time , space permitting.

Are your teachers qualified?
 

Our coaches are qualified to the highest level, Kettlebell Crosstraining coaches are Strongfirst certified and are expert level instructors.

 

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

 

No problem but call ahead to ensure your place!
